CAREER SUMMARY



My career pathway has led me to become a skilled instructional leader in a variety of roles and educational settings. I have achieved significant improvement in learning outcomes in all phases of learning from early childhood, adolescence and adult education. I have experience change management with regard to implementing the online learning strategy at the Centre for Inclusive Schooling (CIS) and modifying processes at Arbor Grove Primary School. I have a well developed knowledge of the Department of Education’s policies and processes.

Instructional leadership through the use of teaching and learning strategies that encourage active learning.


Improving learning outcomes through diagnostic assessment and explicit teaching of numeracy, literacy and scientific skills to meet the learning needs of students with learning difficulties, disabilities, cultural and socio-economic differences.


Effective communication and interpersonal skills when relating to a variety of individuals in the workplace and with public.
